Lead the Way in Global Student Development
As a Local Representative, you bring the world of Owlypia to your community by organising academic events, promoting soft skills development, and connecting students to a global learning ecosystem. You'll work closely with schools, educators, and families to create transformative opportunities for learners aged 9-18.
This role is more than coordination. It is about leadership, impact, and opening doors to new possibilities for students in your region. With support from the Owlypia Team, you’ll grow a local network that celebrates curiosity, collaboration, and confidence.
Your Role as a Local Representative
Promote & Engage
Be the face of Owlypia in your region by reaching out to schools, meeting educators, introducing the program, and supporting student registrations. You'll work closely with our marketing and communications team to build excitement locally.
Organise Local Rounds
Lead the planning and delivery of Owlypia Local Rounds in your area. From securing venues to managing logistics, you'll be the key person ensuring everything runs smoothly. Don't worry, we'll provide you with detailed guidelines and continuous support.
Oversee the Competition
Support and supervise the four key challenges of the Local Round:
- Public Speaking
- Debate
- Knowledge Quiz
- Team-Based Game Show
Ensure Smooth Tech Setup
Coordinate any required tech resources (e.g. projectors, computers, sound systems) and help schools navigate our online platforms for registrations and updates.
Keep Everyone in the Loop
Provide timely updates to participating schools and students, share useful resources, and answer any questions that arise along the way.
Celebrate Achievements
Host post-competition celebrations, distribute certificates and medals, and help guide winning teams to the next level-Owlypia Global Rounds held in prestigious cities around the world.
